Conditions
  • Only residents living in Nærum Park can be members of The Laundry Club.
  • Only residents living in Nærum Park who are members of The Laundry Club may use the facilities associated to The Laundry Club
  • Use of washing facilities is for private use only. Any commercial use of washing facilities is strictly prohibited. 
  • The Board may at any time choose to exclude a resident suspected of breach of the rules of membership of The Laundry Club. The Board’s decision cannot be disputed.
  • Residents may at any time choose to cancel their membership of The Laundry Club. Cancelation of the membership must be done with 3 months’ notice. Upon cancelation of the membership the deposit will be returned provided the resident returns the key and has observed the conditions for membership. 
  • Members of The Laundry Club must follow the rules for using the laundry rooms. The rules are posted in all laundry rooms. These include a.o. rules for reservation and respecting the washing hours. Failure to comply with the rules may result in exclusion of The Laundry Club.
  • Lost keys must immediately be reported to the Janitor. Upon receipt of a new key an amount of 500,00 DKK will be charged.
  • Cancelation of membership must be in writing to the Administrator/Janitor.
  • The Board may change the amount of the monthly payment of membership with one month’s notice.

General rules regarding the use of laundry facilities

Reserve your washing time on the list in the laundry room – write street number/floor. The key for the washing room is the CLUB KEY.

Here you can make your reservation. Please report missing keys to the janitor.

Please do not make more than ONE reservation at a time.

  • Users washing from 08.00-14.30 use drying room 1 from 10.00-10.00. (CLUB KEY)
  • Users washing from 14.30-21.00 use drying room 2 from 18.00-18.00. (CLUB KEY)
Other users (NON-MEMBERS) can use drying room 3 (Basement key)

Please pick up your dry clothes before the end of the period, so others can use the room. Remember to bring your own washing powder. If you wish, you can indicate on the list if you are finished before your time runs out, so others can use the vacant time.

REMEMBER TO LOCK THE DOOR AFTER USE!

There is a tumble dryer in block 3 at number 334. There is an ironing machine in block 5 at number 314.
