Nærum Park Nyt and Nyt fra din formand

The Board publishes a news letter, Nærum Park Nyt. You can also find it on the website www.naerumpark.dk, under  ’Bestyrelsen’ (the Board), where you will find most information.

The Janitor
The janitor’s office is situated at Skodsborgvej 306, the basement – phone 35 36 48 30. Click here to check office hours. Outside office hours you can leave a message on the answering machine, or you can leave a message in the mailbox outside the office.

In case of an emergency or a serious fall-out in the water, electricity or gas installations, you can contact one of the workmen attached to Naerum Park directly. For information on the workmen, click here. For administrative questions: please contact the Administrator.

Household waste
At Nærum Park we are in the process of changing the waste collection routine, as it was approved  at the General Assembly to install underground containers for household waste (moloks).  Until these are ready we kindly ask you to use the rolling containers for waste and avoid the chutes. Remember to put your waste in closed plastic bags! 

Carton boxes and larger waste
In Naerum Park we do not have a container for small flammable trash. Carton boxes, shoes, clothes, furniture, debris, etc. must not be placed in the garbage rooms, but must be taken to the municipal container station on Rundforbivej 174.

Glass and newspapers
Bottles, glass jars etc. and newspapers can be placed in the containers at the entry from Nærumgårdsvej or the parking lot at Naerumvænge.

Large bulky trash (discarded furniture and the like)
Must be taken to the municipal container station on Rundforbivej 174.

Recycling
Glass, bottles and paper (newspapers, advertisements – not carton) can be placed in the recycle containers.

Stairs
The residents are kindly asked to help keep the staircase area neat by cleaning your door mats, the floor under the mat and the area around the garbage chutes.

Basement area
Please place your bicycles in the basement or in the racks in front of the entrance doors. Do not place bicycles or baby carriages in the staircase area or in the basement corridors. When placing bicycles or baby carriages in the basement, please use the outdoor stairs.

Lawns, flower beds and paths
Please do not throw paper or other waste in the Naerum Park area.

Laundry
Rules for reservation and use of the laundry facilities are placed in the washing rooms.

Pets
It is allowed to have max. 1 dog or cat per apartment provided this does not cause inconvenience to the property or the other residents. Dogs must be on a leash everywhere in Naerum Park. Dog droppings must be removed, no matter where in Naerum Park the dog relieves itself.

Bicycles and mopeds
It is prohibited to ride bicycles or mopeds on the footpaths.

Cars
Residents are asked to comply strictly with the speed limit of max. 20 km/hour on the back road, out of consideration for the other residents – this includes children at play.

Parking
Only cars with number plates must be parked in Naerum Park. It is not allowed to park in front of or opposite the garages. Parking on the fire road (at block 1, nos. 342-350) is not allowed. Brief on or off loading of goods or persons is, however, allowed. Cars must not run for more than 1 minute when parked. 

Vehicles over 3.500 kg must not be parked on the premises of Naerum Park. Please use the parking lots nearby for large vehicles. Caravans must not be parked on the premises of Naerum Park. Please park motorcycles in the parking lots for motor vehicles. Place a metal plate under the supporting leg in order to protect the asphalt.

Garages and Carports
Garages and carports can be rented by contacting the Administrator: Advokatfirmaet Schou & Turley, H.C. Andersens Boulevard 11, 2. tv., 1553 København V. Telefon: 33 13 57 47 or via the ’Administrator’

Music
Music and other entertainment, including radio and TV, must not take place with open windows, and in the hours between 23.00 and 7.00 it must be turned down to an absolute minimum. In case of parties or the like, where the noise may annoy your neighbors, please inform them beforehand.

Bathrooms, toilets
Residents are kindly asked to avoid bathing between 23.00 - 6.00 hours, to avoid disturbing other people’s sleep. Always remember to ventilate the bathroom afterwards to avoid formation of fungus. In case you renovate your bathroom, please remember that it is required by law to install a wet room membrane.

Machines
Do not use noisy machines (washing machines, vacuum cleaners, drilling tools and the like) in the hours between 21.00 and 7.00 (weekends and holidays 21.00 - 8.00).

Windows
All residents, who on their own initiative wish to renew windows or balcony doors, must replace these with an approved model for Naerum Park. The selected windows/doors must be compatible with the existing windows/doors in Naerum Park. The windows must be painted in the approved white color.

Balconies
It is not allowed to throw waste (plants, pot soil etc.) from the balconies. No grilling is allowed on the balconies. If you paint the inside walls of the balconies please use the approved while color, and a type of paint suitable for outdoors brick walls. Do not use plastic paint, as it will cause moist problems. Approved paint for this purpose can be picked up at the janitor’s office. Awnings must be one-colored or striped in the colors yellow/white or dark blue/white.

Vermin
To avoid vermin (rats a.o.) it is prohibited to throw bird seeds, pieces of bread or the like in the common areas. If you wish to feed birds, it must be from a feeding board on the balcony.
